Refund Policy
Southport Self Store operates a refund policy on
the following basis.
Storage is for a minimum of 1 month from the date
of entry. Refunds are only offered after the first full month in storage.
Refunds on payments made are offered for full weeks only.
Example 1. Storage is booked for a second or
subsequent month and after 14 days notice has been given goods are removed from
store. The balance of only full weeks remaining will be refunded.
Example 2 Storage is booked for a second or
subsequent month and goods removed from store after 17 days. In this event one
week's refund will be issued.
In summary only full weeks are refunded where
storage is no longer required after the completion of the first month in store.
